Fitzpatrick Mountain Trail 9km Fall Classic Hike: Sunday, October 14, 2018Location: FMT from Millsville to Scotsburn
Leader Eric Wilson – Meeting at Deb’s Hidden Café in Scotsburn at 12noon to 1pm (Deb will feed you!)
At 1pm SHARP we will take half of the vehicles and travel to the far end of Fitz where it intersects with Six Mile Brook Trail (at intersection of New Rd #2 and Grant Rd in Millsville at the big trail intersection sign). We will then hike the 9kms back to start, stopping at Old Growth Hemlock, Two Towers and Smith Chalets Rest Areas. Arrive back in Scotsburn 4:30-5pm.
This is a pretty good walk; come prepared for it with contingency clothing, water, food and attitude. New Hiking Leader Graduates are especially welcome to help as Leader and/or Sweep.
This is an AWESOME HIKE!
